Our family loves drinking kombucha, a delicious fermented tea. This refreshing drink can be used as a daily health tonic and it has been found to be a powerful aid in healing several diseases. Kombucha contains vitamins B and C, probiotics, glucuronic acid and amino acids, which assist in digestion and detoxification of the liver. Raw cacao is extremely high in anti-oxidants. Occasional desserts as part of a well balanced diet are acceptable and can be enjoyed on special occasions.
Ice cream made with real, nutrient dense ingredients is probably one of the healthiest sweets around. Continue reading
