Hi Amanda, Sorry to hear about your health problems. An excellent book to start is Simon Yu’s Accidental Cure. He describes many hidden causes of health problems, both physical and mental. For mental health, Julia Ross’s book Mood Cure is very good. If you can possibly afford to see a functional medicine doctor in your area, they could do testing which could possibly discover the underlying causes for you.A physician trained in Chinese medicine could also treat for underlying causes, if one is available.

      Best regards,

      Michelle
